I’m currently studying Culinary Arts at Schoolcraft College while working in restaurant kitchens, learning from chefs and cooking for real guests every day. That experience has completely shaped my cooking — it’s taught me how to balance flavor, plate beautifully, and pay attention to the details that make a meal feel special. My style is fresh, seasonal, and nourishing, with a focus on higher-protein meals that leave you full, energized, and satisfied — without ever sacrificing flavor. I love taking familiar dishes and elevating them with thoughtful ingredients, playful flavor pairings, and clean, beautiful plating.
